Refund policy
Arielle Clothing is happy to offer exchanges or store credit on any full priced items purchased on our website subject to the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 14 days from receipt of order and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- Items must be returned in the same condition as received. Items must not be worn or washed and must have the original swing tag attached.
- No exchanges or returns on sale items.
When exchanging or returning an item, please email your order number, reason for exchange/return and a tracking number for the parcel to arielleclothing@gmail.com. Returns and exchanges to be sent to: Arielle Clothing, 7 Newcastle Street, Rose Bay NSW 2029.
Please note: Shipping charges for return & exchange items will be at the customer's expense.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to advise us that you wish to return the item, then make a separate online purchase for the new item.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
